Article 1

Seller identification

Purpose

These terms govern sales made on naturelshopmaktaba.fr for products offered by Naturel Shop Maktaba, including honeys, oils, Indian costus and other natural products, as well as clothing (qamis, sirwal, t-shirts).

Article 3

Products

The essential characteristics of each product are shown on its product page.

Photographs are for illustration. A minor variation in shade or presentation is not a lack of conformity if the product matches its description.

Products are offered while stocks last.

Article 4

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping.

Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed.

Naturel Shop Maktaba may change its prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed when the order is placed.

Article 5

Orders

An order is confirmed after:

An order confirmation is sent by e-mail.

Naturel Shop Maktaba may refuse an order in the event of fraud, non-payment or an anomaly.

Article 6

Payment

Payment is due immediately. Accepted payment methods:

• Card via Stripe
• PayPal

Card data is handled by these secure providers and is not stored by Naturel Shop Maktaba.

Article 7

Delivery

Products are delivered within mainland France, to the address or pickup point given at checkout.

• Mondial Relay — pickup point
• Colissimo — home delivery

Delivery times are indicative. In the event of a significant delay, the customer may ask to cancel the order as the law provides.

Risk passes to the customer on receipt of the parcel. Rates and times: see Shipping & returns.

Article 8

Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer contacts mdf783@gmail.com.

Products must be returned:

• In good condition
• Complete
• In their original packaging if possible

Return postage is paid by the customer. The refund is made within 14 days at most of receiving the returned product.

Article 9

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

As the law provides, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons — an opened jar of honey or bottle of oil, for example.
• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Article 10

Statutory guarantees

The customer benefits from:

• The statutory guarantee of conformity
• The guarantee against hidden defects

If a product is defective or not as described, the customer contacts customer service with a description and photos.

Naturel Shop Maktaba will offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Article 11

Retention of title

Products remain the property of Naturel Shop Maktaba until paid for in full.

Article 12

Liability

Naturel Shop Maktaba cannot be held responsible for:

• Delays attributable to the carrier.
• Address errors made by the customer.
• Cases of force majeure.

Liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Article 13

Mediation

Under articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge for an unresolved dispute.

The mediator’s details are available on request.

Article 14

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
